A few words to let you know that Shirley and I are highly pleased with the work West Valley Arborists performed at our house on November 7 and 9, 2009. Your work crew, led by Roman Saldana, arrived early on each day ready to go to work. Within a day and a half they removed a huge Douglas-fir, stump and all, thinned, trimmed and cleaned 2 large Redwoods of similar size and pruned 30% off a large Ash tree. All the trees look great as well as the yard clean up afterward.

Despite the fact that the crew was busy all the time and worked hard, they were pleasant and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed doing business with you personally and will certainly call upon your company again if we have future arborist work. If asked, we would also recommend your company to others.

I am writing this email to once again express my extreme satisfaction with you and your company.

You and your employees have been very professional, courteous, and competent, from estimate to completion. Everyone showed up on time. My telephone conversations with Sue have indeed been a pleasure.

As you know, you just completed a lot of work at my house, including having to completely remove, on an emergency basis, the mature Raywood Ash on the parking strip, that was a victim of the recent storm, which entailed felling it, chewing it up, and hauling it away, and the grinding of its stump and surface roots. You also performed very-substantial, overdue pruning on both of our two, very-large Camphor trees, and cabled the fork on the one of them that needed it, and the  significant, needed pruning of several other trees on our property.

I was happy with all aspects of the work, including the amazing job of cleaning up after all of this work that you and your crew did with no prompting from me.

I will most definitely be asking you to plant a replacement tree on our parking strip this coming Spring and expect to have you back as other work, including probably-biannual pruning, is required.
